I didnt realise you could take little kids on a bike!

do you have to have a special seat like on a push bike, that would look a little wierd, or do you have a side car or somthing??

http://www.mandp.co.uk/ have always been a top place to get bike gear, the helmets go down to 53 - 54cm Capsize which is toddler size and above.

I like to take my 2 yr old out on a trike as it's easier to hang on to them...

Nah it's my father in laws but he's let me borrow it !
He's also got a Triumph Bonnie (classic) and a 650 Yamaha Dragstar for the wife - the custom trike is for being different. He's grown a goatie and cruises round the scotts borders and everyone thinks he's Billy Connolly which is great for a laugh.

Trikes are great for having no helmets & 3 seats, but have all the crap points of a car like can't squeeze through gaps and need parking space. Also reversing does not look cool on a hot day up a hill - it's heavy.

This is my bike with my young one, nearly at minimoto age
