Our verdict

This is a good bit of kit for a dad to have. First of all it comes in manly colours and does not have child written all over it. I have been able to carry a lot of gear in it to all sorts of places, the office, local swimming pool or just on a family stroll. It's very functional and very comfortable. The straps are easy to adjust which is great when your wife wants to use it also.

It has a nappy section at the top of the bag which means that when you get that all too familiar aroma from your child your don't have to rummage around for the nappy. Equally the easy access to wipes at the front of the bag is a Godsend.

You can carry a decent sized bottle for mum or dad as well as the kids which is useful and there seems to be endless compartments to store things. The problem initially was remembering where we had put all of our stuff, but after a while it became indispensable and I can't see us going out without it.

Something that I haven't seen before are the two straps that enable you to fasten it to the handles of a pushchair or stroller. Really an excellent idea, however I suggest you don't fill it to max capacity if you are attaching it to the stroller, as you get that wheelie look every time you let go of the handles!!

Overall I rate this highly and think it is useful and well thought out.
