What we say:

Have you ever been stumped by your  kid when they have asked  you questions about your car, such as where does petrol come from or how does the engine work???

Well fear not, Richard Hamond has written a book which combines two of his passions cars and science, the benefit to you is, if your kid ever asks you how something on how your car works, you will now be able to explain it to them.

Ok so this is a book for older kids and there dads, however it is a great book written in Hammonds unmistakable style, simple step by step explanations of what makes a car go with a touch of humour. I’m sure that more than a few dads out there will find it interesting and will be able to use it to explain away those difficult questions from their kids.

It is laid out in to four sections: Power, Speed, Handling and technology. Each section details a different aspect of the Science behind the car, in clear easy to follow explanations with great graphics and pictures which make it easy to explain it to your kid.

We think that this book is a must for all you petrol heads out there that are looking at introducing your kids at an early age.
