5.1 Ye Gads respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Ye Gads may in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion,
terminate the access of users, subscribers, and account holders who infringe the copyrights of others. 5.2 If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on any Ye Gads website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that the website

6. Comments by users are not endorsed by Ye Gads
6.1 Ye Gads does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments opinions or statements posted by users in Discussion
Areas or elsewhere in the Service. Any information or material placed online by users, including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of those users and does not necessarily represent the view of Ye Gads.
7. Competition and prizes
7.1 From time to time Ye Gads will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These are subject to additional terms that will be made
available at the time.

8.1 You agree that Ye Gads is not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or material posted by others, includng defamatory, offensive for elicit material.
9. Indemnification

Privacy Policy 13.1 The information that you provide about yourself to Ye Gads will only be used by Ye Gads in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party sites. 14. Choice of law and jurisdiction 14.1 You agree that this Agreement for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any claim or matter arising under this Agreement. 14.2 For the exclusive benefit of Ye Gads shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the Courts of the country of your residence. 15. General 15.1 This Agreement is the complete and entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior Agreement, whether written or oral. 15.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in force and in effect. 15.3 Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Agreement please exit the Service now. Children and Parents Ye Gads is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 12. No-one under age 12 is allowed to provide any personal information or use our Public
Discussion Areas, forums and chats. Minors between the ages of 12 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases, including subscriptions, on this site. If your children disclose information about themselves in our Public Discussion Areas, they may get usolicited messages from other parties. Accordingly, you should tell them not to do so. If you are worried about your childrens' activities or their privacy on our site, we encourage you to email us immediately. The competition is open to UK and Eire residents only. All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.
Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. There is no cash alternative to the prize. The monthly competitions are run by Ye Gads Limited.
The competition is not open to anyone associated with Ye Gads. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners names will be published on our home page once they have been notified.
