If you live in or near Glasgow and have just had or about to have your first baby, it would be worth you coming along to a free one day conference entitled "Pregnancy, birth and early days – handy hints and information". It will take place on Monday 8th December at the East End Healthy Living Centre, 183 Crownpoint Road, Glasgow, G40 2AL.**

The conference is a free day of presentations and workshops providing information about all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood organised by the NCT and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

Topics include labour (positions, waterbirth, aromatherapy, hypnobirthing), breastfeeding, and post-natal services for mums AND DADS.

And if you need to be tempted further, lunch and crèche facilities are free on the day too.
